FOA Schotten, Hes

In Hesse lies the more than 16,000-hectare Forstamt Schotten, which is known far beyond the country's borders. The terrain has a low mountain character with heights of up to 500 m. There are extensive deciduous and coniferous stands. Oak, beech and spruce are the predominant tree species. In addition to thickening complexes, there are also extensive rejuvenations, an terrain preferred by wildboars.  

A knowledgeable local and passionate organization, well trained dogs and experienced beaters are a matter of course for this forestry office.

Thursday, 07. November 2019

Welcome at 08:00 at the hunting area, 1 drive (approximately 3 hours), lunch, traditional honoring of the game, individual departure

Prices and fees

Driven hunt in Schotten: 399,- €

• Organization of one day driven hunt

• Tentative games species open for this hunt: red stags up to six pointers, red deer spikers up to 30cm lenghth, red deer hinds, wild boar yearlings ´Frischlinge´, wild boar ´Überläufer´, Keilers, sows without piglets up to 60 Kg, roe deer does and roe deer fawn
