African Elephant
African Elephant

(Loxodonta africana)

The African elephant is the largest land mammal currently living on Earth. With a shoulder height exceeding three meters and a weight of around 5 tons, it is a truly awe-inspiring presence—especially during a hunt, which often requires the hunter to stalk as close as 20 meters to a mature bull.

In countries managed under CITES quotas, its populations are primarily threatened by poaching and habitat loss driven by illegal settlers or nomadic encroachment. Regulated, fair-chase hunting poses no threat to the survival of the species; rather, it helps secure its future. By involving the local rural population through revenue-sharing programs and the distribution of meat, alongside the constant field presence of professional hunters, hunting provides a strong incentive to protect the species and its habitat.

Cape Buffalo
Cape Buffalo

(Syncerus caffer)

The Cape buffalo inhabits a wide variety of environments, ranging from dense rainforests to open savannas. In mountainous regions, it can be found at altitudes of up to 3,000 meters. The largest populations occur in moist savannas that offer a year-round supply of drinking water, grasses, and densely vegetated retreat areas. Large, mature bulls can reach a shoulder height of 1.70 meters, a head-body length of 3.40 meters, and weights of up to 1,000 kilograms.

Das Jagdgebiet

Namibia is located in southwestern Africa, covers an area of 842,269 square kilometers, and has the second-lowest population density in the world. It is one of the most interesting hunting destinations in southern Africa. Namibia was a German colony until it gained its independence. In recent years, our outfitter has specialized in leopard and cheetah hunts. Anyone familiar with Africa knows that meticulous preparation is a key factor in ensuring success for these particular hunts.

Die Jagd

We offer both specialized and custom-tailored hunting trips. Naturally, we are involved in the planning process from the very beginning, ensuring that our Africa specialists provide you with a bespoke proposal. You benefit from our extensive experience and hunting expertise. We handle not only the meticulous preparation of the hunt but also advise you on firearms, ammunition, optics, and equipment. With us, you are in excellent hands. We visit our outfitters in Namibia several times a year, allowing us to keep you constantly updated on the latest news from the region. Take advantage of this benefit—something few other German-speaking agents can offer. We look forward to hearing from you. In addition to traditional antelope hunting, our partner Bertus Pretorius specializes particularly in leopard and cheetah hunts. Bertus and his wife, Barbara, create a warm, family-like atmosphere, ensuring you receive excellent care around the clock.

Ihre Unterkunft

Upon landing in Windhoek after a smooth flight, you will be met and driven directly to the hunting area. To ensure our guests feel completely at ease, the camp offers every conceivable comfort.
