Europe: France

France is economically and politically one of the most important states in Europe, but also in hunting terms, the country has a lot to offer with its approximately 1,000-year-old hunting tradition. The large plains and hilly landscapes as well as the mountainous regions provide a suitable habitat for many European game species and the centralist structure of the country ensures that the rural areas are not so densely populated. Especially in Provence, Normandy, Bordeaux, Midi-Pyrénées and Brittany, there are fascinating landscapes with good wildlife.
